Return & Refund Policy

We sincerely apologize for any reasons which bring you to this site.  Below is our return and refund policy.

Emanee Boutique operates based on high trust between us and our customers.

All items purchased on website are non-exchangeable and non-returnable.

We currently do not accept any form of exchange and returns, unless at an event, it is a fault on our own part.  In such circumstances, we will pay for postage incurred.  If you have received a wrong or faulty order, please contact us at

  • Emanee Boutique will ensure that correct items are mailed out.
  • Emanee Boutique’s products will be carefully inspected to ensure quality before mailing out.
  • SALE items are strictly non-exchangeable and non-returnable 

Exchange Is Only Allowed If:

  • Wrong/Defect item order is received

In the unlikely event that you receive the wrong item, email us at in the following format:-

Please take note that EXCHANGES are inspected upon receipt/invoice and will only be made once the customer has mailed back the item(s) in good condition within 7 days after receiving the item.  Any later than that will be dismissed. 

Items must be UNWORN, UNALTERED, UNWASHED and must have all original tags attached and in original packaging.

Items with fragrances, snags, rips, make-up stains, odors (i.e. cigarette /vape smoke) or other damages will result in the item being returned to you.

We apologize in advance that we will not be able to provide any exchange or refund under any other circumstances including the following conditions:- 

  • Size Does not fit
  • Change of mind
  • Damage of item due to own negligence
  • Incomplete / incorrect addresses given by Customer
  • Does not like the colour ( Do take note that the colour on screen may differ from the real due to monitor setting and lighting in studio shoot)
  • Mistake on the courier side. We will not be held responsible for any mishaps after we have sent the item to our courier.  Please contact the courier service to lodge a complaint.  We only can assist on how to track it and inform the customer of the parcel’s whereabouts.


  • For return & Exchange, please email us within 3 days from the date of receiving the product
  • Returns for refund will only be accepted within 7 days of the customer receiving the item.
  • Strictly NO refund will be issued after 7 days of receiving the item.
  • We will reimburse normal postage for defective / wrong item(s) sent to the customer.
